To ensure architectural standards are maintained and to protect current and future owners, an application must be made and approved prior to any exterior modifications being made.
Yes, any exterior home renovations or modifications must be approved by the ACC before they can be started. Please refer to our ACC request form (under development) and guidelines found in the Covenants.
If you are replacing your roof with the same material and color, no ACC approvals are required.
Any modification to the exterior of your home. This includes major changes like room additions and minor changes like paint color, installation of gutters, and/or landscape changes. This also includes modifications that may not be visible from the street like storage sheds and swimming pools.
